FAQs

ARE VISITORS ALLOWED AT CAMP?

Families and friends are encouraged to come to our Open House on Friday night. Families are also welcome to attend our evening chapel services and stay for the evening activities if they wish. However, for your child's benefit, parents of younger campers who might tend to be homesick may wish to restrict their visits, especially during the early part of the week. Peer-aged visitors to camp are discouraged during the week. Visitors who are the same age as campers must be accompanied by an adult. ALL VISITORS must check in at the dining hall upon arrival and sign out when leaving.

WILL CAMPERS NEED MONEY?

All costs are covered in the camp fees except for items purchased from the canteen. $15 is a suggested amount for the week.

IS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR CAMPERS?

YES. The camp board's desire is that no camper would knowingly not be able to attend soley for financial reasons. If you need assistance, you may contact the camp board via the website or submit your request by mail to:

This coverage is written on an excess basis, which means that it will only apply to incurred charges that cannot be covered by other insurance. The parent's insurance will be primary. Parents/guardians are responsible for payment of medical services and submission of forms. This coverage is provided only in the case of an accident.
